R107 is a pearlite heat-resistant steel welding electrode with low-hydrogen sodium type coating, which contains 0.5% Mo. It adopts DCEP connection method and is permitted for all positions welding. The work piece should be properly preheated and heat treated after welding according to its structural characteristics.
The product is applicable for welding boiler pipes and general low alloy steel with working temperature below 510℃, such as 15Mo.
